Welcome wonderful people to my new blog.  It's the first time I've written a blog, thought it will be a good way of giving you a little insight into my wonderful world of Usui Reiki.  Showing you what I can do to enrich the quality of life to those who reach out to me for help.  Reiki isn't a cult, religion or anything spiritual.  Reiki is universal light energy that is already within and around us.  Fact is all the negative energy we have absorbed throughout our existence harms us in ways you wouldn't believe and dims our light.  You have heard the saying "Where's The Fire In Your Belly" .  The simplest way I can explain my purpose in Reiki is that I have been attuned to be a beacon of that light source and attuned with the ability to pass that light energy onto you.  I'm just giving you a top up to boost the light energy that already exists within you, to relight your fire.

OUR PETS DO NOT SHOW WHEN THEY ARE IN PAIN THEY SUFFER IN SILENCE.  MORE OFTEN THAN NOT IT TAKES SOMETHING BAD TO HAPPEN TO THEM FOR US TO REALISE.

I feel this is a good way to get my Reiki message across by going a little more into detail  about the benefits of Reiki  for animals.  Which is becoming more and more popular these days, as more people are turning towards alternative medicine and complimentary therapies to assist in their pets wellbeing.  Sometimes conventional medicines alone aren't enough.

Hand on heart and speaking through experience Reiki Healing is the most amazing, effective treatment that actually works without side effects. If you are worried about your pets general health and wellbeing. Worry no more ! Allow me to demonstrate the ancient art of Usui Reiki Healing Therapy and take your worries away. Reiki is a non invasive alternative treatment that works wonders on a variety of ailments be it physically, emotionally or mentally.

Reiki energy flows to where it's needed and not where it's not , it stays with your pet working it's reiki magic for several days with fantastic results. As we all know animals are great at sensing good and bad energy . It will be no different when it comes to receiving Reiki they sense the good energy and if it want's to engage it will by simply settling down in acceptance or it could go the total opposite in which case we try again another day.

BAILEY

This is Bailey a lovely family pet 19 years young diagnosed with Osteoporosis struggling to walk and in pain.  Therefore the vet suggested to the owners due to his disability and his quality of life's deteriating maybe think about euthanasia.  Obviously distraught at the very thought of losing Bailey they left with heavy hearts.  On the way home they disscussed looking into alternative medicine / therapy for dogs that led them to contact me; i'm so glad they did.  We arranged a brief consultation over the phone and a appointment was made.

Due to Bailey's osteoporosis and struggle with mobility, i went to the family home to treat him.  With pets i feel they are more acceptable of you being in their own surroundings.   When i arrived  there he was on his bed in the kitchen trying to get up to welcome the new visitor.  Instantly i sat on the floor next to his bed and suprisngly he just got on it like he knew i was there to help him.  The owner left the kitchen shutting the door behind her.  I did my preperations and began treatment sending REIKI ENERGY to flow through his whole body which he accepted very well.  He lay there throughout turning a couple times to get comfortable; he was amazing.  After the session i put a healing crystal under his dog bed.

The next day i was called by the owner and she told me that Bailey went outside to do his business something he struggled to do for a long time.  Since then he has come on leaps and bounds.  He's out for short walks and plays in the garden.  As you can see by the photograph, Bailey living his best life, better life again.

All in all it took me 2 hours 2 sessions 2 visits to their home to perform Reiki on Bailey  with the most amazing results.

MARLEY.

This is Marley a feral cat i saw on socials beginning of lockdown. I needed to help him.  Oh my Marley was the most nervous, scaredy cat i had ever met.  Feared humans bigtime, if he saw a human he would run, hiss and hide.

Marley was potentially looking for his forever home.  Good with other cats but not with people..  Living in a feral cat crowded home that were taken in during Lockdown.  Marley was the weakest link amongst the other cats he spent all day hiding behind and under furniture living his worst life.  How was he to find his forever home being the nervous wreck he is.

As soon as i saw him i contacted the cat carer to arrange meeting him. A week later he's brought to my home, he had his own room with a large box in the corner of the room and a large pet crate placed at the opening of the box with his litter box in.  Feed times i would say Marley Dinner  open the side door to the crate for him  to come out in his own time to eat.  We had no interaction at all i'de go in the room sit on the floor with my back to him and start sending Reiki to him whilst in his box.

19 days in i heard him by the bedroom door i opened it he hissed and ran off in his box. That behaviour continued for a couple of weeks but that's okay.  I persisted with sending reiki and yes he started to settle.

2 months later he was lying on the sofa with Leo my adorable pet cat a foot away from me and has stayed with me ever since turning into a fantastic companion for Leo 90% domestic living his best life, playing with toys oh boy he can't get enough of toys, interacting with people allowing the odd one to pet him, sleeps next to me on the sofa and does all the things domestic cats do;  that's all down to the healing energy REIKI.
